The housekeeper went i to my room when i wasnt there and my kids had left a little mess that i didnt have time to clean because i had a doctor app. They then called me and asked me to leave and i would get a refund

Staff was very nice. I did not like that housekeeping came into our room without knocking & didn't understand we didn't need service. So she started cleaning with us in our room. The area is very crime ridden. Me & my roommate were woken up at 5am with a man being shot outside our room. The staff actually found a bullet in a pillow in a different room. Our stay overall has been pretty scary. This morning we were woken up with someone banging on our door. When I looked to see who it was there was no one there
